"Colleen Hammond is wonderful that's all I can say!I was a first time home buyer at the time in 2014. back in July of 2014 my fiance and I were looking for house we had one realtor the realtor that we had right at first did not do anything for us. A friend of mine told me hey I have a really good realtor to introduce you to. boy was he right! He gave me colleen number. I gave her a call and got her voicemail but I would not say it was more than 10 minutes she called me right back. I explained to her that I was in the process of buying my first house. I explained to her that I was with a realtor and this realtor was not doing anything. She immediately ask me questions and what I was looking for.she answered all my questions all the way through the time . I was working with her. She made sure that we stayed in my price budget. She did not let me hop on the first thing that I saw that I thought was the right one.the whole time through she kept on informing me and keeping me updated on what was going on.another thing I love about her is she was never pushy. Never rushed me.I know I probably drove her nuts being a new home buyer by asking so many questions but it seemed like she was always there to always answer my questions. And always had a knowledgeable answer. If it was something that she could not answer in a case where she had to talk to another realtor she would immediately get in touch with a realtor and get back with me that same day.I could go on forever but I know for the rest of my house buying as long as she is in practice until she retires colleen will definitely be the one that will be selling my properties and helping me get new she's wonderful!!I could go on and on about her but all I'm saying is you definitely cannot go wrong if you choose her she's still to this day catches up with me to see how my house is going."
