"Lynn was recommended to us after my husband's brother died suddenly, and we were faced with selling his home. She had her team come in and clean the home from top to bottom, including the carpet, check the furnace, install new blinds, and get the house ready to show. The cost for this was extremely reasonable, and we were immensely grateful to Lynn for taking care of all this when we had so many other things to deal with. In just a few weeks, she found us a qualified buyer and negotiated for exactly the price we were hoping to get. She communicated with us promptly, and was always courteous and professional. We would certainly work with her again if the occasion arose, and have given her name to friends."
