"We'd been half-serious about house shopping for some time. My wife had started to make overtures to listing agents, from advertisements (of the agents themselves), or listed properties. She was surprised, and disappointed, at the lack of responsiveness. One Realtor, advertising in a local AARP (Greater Cincinnati) magazine, never returned her calls. My wife saw a property listed by Lynn via Realtor.com or Zillow, and hit the little "tell me more" button to inquire. Lynn's response was immediate. Very impressive. That started the serious looking process. We'd both been in our house for years, and Lynn was able to guide us through the process of shopping and listing. Any question we had was answered near immediate. She new the right questions to ask to figure out what we needed/wanted. She was always there for us, even handling questions while she was vacationing. I can't recommend her more highly. It was a great confidence-builder working with someone so skilled. She never got rattled, she was always quick with the right decision. I felt like we were being taken care of. I believe she was very respectful of all parties in the process. She knew the ropes and got us through the process quickly and well."
